We don’t have a designated viewing area unfortunately, so if you’re a wheelchair user or have access requirements, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us prior to booking a show. We can discuss any arrangements, depending on the type of event you wish to attend.

Our smaller venue, O2 Academy2 Oxford it is on an upper level, with several steps and two turns to the auditorium.

Just so you know, e-cigarettes and vapes are not permitted, please see our FAQs for details.

We have a number of bars throughout, unfortunately none of which have lowered counters, but our bar staff will be happy to assist you.  

Our box office is external so accessible from street level at our front doors. There’s a lowered counter and mic but unfortunately, no induction loop.

Please bring all your booking information with you.

Please let us know if you need assistance for the cloakroom when you arrive and they will be happy to help you, our facilities are in the foyer on ground level and at accessible height.

There’s an accessible toilet on the ground floor at the rear of the main auditorium controlled by a RADAR key and for which staff will provide access to if needed. Other toilets are available throughout the building, just ask a member of our team to show you the way, especially if you’re visiting us for the first time.

We have a medics room in our venue, ground level, if you require any assistance or a private area at any point, please just speak to a member of staff. Any particular requirements can of course be asked, in confidence, in advance. Just get in touch.

If there’s merchandise for sale, you’ll find it inside the auditorium.

For any O2 Academy2 Oxford shows, if available for sale, it will be in the same room.
